They completely screwed up our order tonight. When I called back to ask about the mix up I was told I was given what I asked for and that it was my fault. I will NEVER give this business my money again. We ate the food that we didn't order...two Philly gyros, and I must say it was pretty blah. Not even good food. And our lemon pepper Wings were very greasy. I like to support small businesses but I don't like rude customer service or medicare food. Just giving an honest review for the next person...

I love the pooler ga location and the variety of items. Besides gyros they have chicken fingers, hamburgers, even falafel wraps.

Was very excited to see savannah gyro coming to pooler, ga because the one at savannah mall is awesome! Well dont hold your breath...it was awful! I ordered the super gyro, which comes with "sauteed" mushrooms and onions, and loaded fries, which i asked for without onions, all togo. I got the food very fast and left to eat my lunch...I open the fries to eat them first and what did it have on it? Onions that i asked not to be put on them and in addition tomatoes that weren't in the description of the fries as well the ranch wasnt on them either! Ok so i picked off the onions and tomatoes. I finish the fries and open my sandwich that i was really looking forward to and not only were the onions and mushrooms hardly cooked there might have been 6 slices of mushrooms. Plus the juice from the meat that must have been sitting in a vat of juice looked like it and the sandwich was swimming from that juice. Well i decided to take it back and say something about it. After the cashier said "i dont know what to do you'll have to talk to the cook about that", the apparent owner came over and asked what the problem was and i proceded to explain. She looks at the sandwich and says "thats how its supposed to look" pointing out that ONE of the onions was brown and there were mushrooms in it. Also the reason it was soggy was because the sauce is made with sour cream and it gets watery after being on the hot sandwich. I was upset at this point cause she(the onwer) was very demeaning and condesending in how she was defending the food. After this I didnt even really want it replaced and asked for my money back for the sandwich i paid for with my very hard earned money. She said "no i cant give you yout money back because the food left the store and I had eaten the fries already but ill replace it". Really?! First of all I love gyros and know what they are supposed to look like. That wasnt it! And if you are going to run a customer service based business then you should have a better attitude toward the people that choose to spend their hard earned money in your establishment! Awful! Will not return!
