Best meal we had in Uruguay after 10+ days on the ground. This meal stood out above the rest for its innovative approach, use of high quality ingredients and creativity. The menu is well thought-out and the progression from appetizers to desserts is so delightful, with tasty surprises built into every dish. Wow. From west to east, we have enjoyed the food we have had during our 10 days in Uruguay. However, this was by far the best cooking we encountered. Add to that the lovely environment and kind service, and this meal stands head and shoulders above all others. Innovative cuisine executed with precise technique. Just delicious and enticing from start to finish. We were a bit disappointed that we did not have time to return. However, what a way to end our trip!
