Overall, our stay was good, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. The spa was also very nice and felt private, which made for a relaxing experience. However, we were disappointed by unexpected extra charges. The parking fee and tourist tax were both higher than the amounts stated on Booking.com, making our final bill more expensive than we had anticipated. When we brought this to the staff’s attention, we were told that these were the hotel’s updated prices and that the information on Booking.com was outdated. Unfortunately, no effort was made to honor the prices we had booked under. Service: 2

The hotel is in a great location to see multiple sites. The rooms are very clean, nice restaurant & very warm & helpful staff. Highly recommend. Service: 5
