Been a few times and really tried to Love the hotel but I can’t. Two coffees and a cake more expensive than top spots in central London, the prices just don’t make sense. The bar especially the new Si Breeze, mediocre cocktails for premium prices. I’ve always left disappointed and just think there are much better establishments and experiences in town. It’s really lacking the right energy Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I recently visited Sawa Lounge for a double cheesecake and their local tea from Jabal Akdar, and it was an outstanding experience. The cheesecake was rich, creamy, and absolutely delicious, perfectly paired with the fragrant, refreshing tea. Tiffany was amazing—welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. Mohammed delivered great service, and Hamsa was equally wonderful, making the whole visit feel warm and well taken care of. The atmosphere at Sawa Lounge is relaxing and inviting, making it a perfect place to enjoy quality treats and exceptional hospitality. I’ll definitely be returning soon!
