This is a local Chicken based Ramen. It seems to be family owned and run. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. You can choose between salt or soy sauce flavored, and also between straight and hand-cut curly noodles. The soup is simple and tasty, noodle portion is just t right. I did fee like a few more toppings would have elevated this Ramen. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
