My absolute favorite restaurant in Austin! This place is a true gem in the city, not just for the food, but because the owner and staff are friends. You cannot leave without trying their enchiladas, and the salsa is incredibly addictive. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal! The best Mexican food in Austin. No one else comes close. If you’re from out of state or out of the country, this is the place to go for true interior Mexican. It is therefore also the place to go if you wish to avoid Tex-Mex. If Sazon were in a city that cared anything about its food scene, you wouldn’t be able to leisurely dine-in here.
