Outstanding breakfast spot! The chicharrón was the highlight, perfectly crispy but with plenty of meat. You can tell the quesadillas are made with fresh, handmade tortillas, which makes all the difference. The omelette was also cooked to perfection. A really thoughtful touch is the small corn cookies they serve while you wait; however, the service was so impressively fast that we didn't even have time to finish them before our main dishes arrived!
