We stopped here at lunchtime on Saturday just after 1pm to find that no one was available to serve us and a sign that said back at 2pm. There were five of us and we had all been looking forward to a pizza. We were then left getting some sandwiches instead. There must have at least another 6 to 10 people who came in looking for Pizzas in the 15 mins we were there. I understand the server had gone for his lunch. I am not sure why the server would go for his lunch given I would expect lunchtime (12 till 2pm) to be there busiest time. I stopped here before and the pizzas were good so hopefully they can get this fixed going forward.
