I've ordered 5 times from the new Sbarro store based in Mold. Of the 5 times, two of these orders have been cancelled by the store. On this occasion I placed an order through just eat at 7.27pm. I then get a phone call from someone named Phil at 7.48pm to say he wont be making the order and missed it as he has been cleaning. I asked for a manager to call given this isn't the first time this has happened and was informed they don't have one? To add insult to injury Just Eat are refusing to give me my money back as "I'm the one who cancelled the order" despite the fact I was following the abrupt instruction of Sbarro Mold! What are you going to do about this appalling customer service??? Price per person: £30–40 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Firstly Cam working here is a great guy with excellent customer service! Great value for money excellent pizza by the slice I had both the sausage and a bbq slice and both were awesome! Highly recommend! Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Placed my order through just eat, over half an hour later the restaurant decided to cancel my order. They have also changed me twice for it. First time we have tried this takeaway and it will be our last. Also be aware you can’t contact them by phone ! So if unlike me you do get your order and its wrong in some way (which reading other reviews) isn’t unusual then your stuffed if you want to get it sorted. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
