Food is fine, it's pizza. It's fine and gets you filled. The dislike I see is a little over exaggerated, it's not gourmet neopolitan from a local shop but it's not bad. The nice man at front offered a free sample then offered a free slice with my one slice. If that's not great customer service idk what is. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I always try to grade in comparison to other locations when reviewing a chain. If you don’t know what Sbarro is like, read someone else’s review. But this is a bad Sbarro. Service was bad, as bad as it can be in an establishment where you just ask for a thing and pay for it. Then I ate two bites of the same thing I’d order at any Sbarro, threw it out, shopped while hungry, and went to Chick Fil A on the way home. Judging by the average review score, im not alone here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
