Food was great! However, customer service was NOT! Staff was very rude and seemed annoyed about simple questions. It felt like we were bothering them when placing our order! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Not really much for service since its more self service in most ways other than them getting your food and drink at the counters. Nothing much about service. Food is ok, but expensive. Food could be better in some ways. The atmosphere is more of a mall and is loud when its busy, Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure

I want to give a big thank you to Sandra, the manager at the Sbarro inside the Inn of the Mountain Gods. She went above and beyond for my family, especially in helping with my mother’s dietary needs since she has diabetes. Sandra was very conscientious and accommodating. She made sure my mom was served quickly so she could eat on time, and she took the extra step of explaining the wait for our pizza with added toppings. Not only did she make sure everything was handled smoothly, but she also personally brought the food to our table. Her kindness, attentiveness, and warm attitude made us feel like we were the only customers in the food court. That level of care is something you don’t see often, and it made our visit a truly positive experience. Five stars for Sandra! She's the kind of manager who makes you want to return. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
