Stood at the counter for 10 minutes. Nobody was anywhere to be found. I only have 30 minutes on my lunch nd because you didnt bother to show up you have lost a customer. I love the pasta but if no one is going to bother to show customer service then I am done trying to order from you. This is very frustrating. You take lunches at peak lunch hour and so when I come up to oder you are on break. There is hardly anyone ever working and it is getting really frustrating. I tried to give you a chance and instead you failed to deliver each time. Maybe do better and get some employees who care about the customer because you dont have any at this time. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Service: 1

This low score is for two instances with the exact same result: On Saturday, March 14, 2026, I took my two kids to the River Park Square food court for lunch after the St. Patrick’s Parade. My son and I both wanted pizza so we went to Sbarro. They didn’t have pizza. Not a single slice. We ended up getting spaghetti and meatballs and a Gatorade for $17. Fast forward to Saturday, March 21, 2026. After Red Robin having too long of a wait, I took my son, daughter, and her four friends up to the River Park Square food court to get a full-sized pizza (or two) for them all to split. Thinking the previous week was just an unfortunate fluke, I was disappointed and embarrassed (to go empty-handed to my daughter and her friends) that they once again had NO pizza. Now the employee working was extremely apologetic and kind which I appreciate but this was pretty frustrating. Two weeks in a row it was like going to Burger King and they don’t have hamburgers. The store employee said something about the manager of the store simply not ordering the supplies for pizza and that he was extremely frustrated as well. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

Stood at the front for three minutes while the workers were busy chitchatting in the back. One finally came up acting as if we were an inconvenience. All of the food looked like it had sat out for hours but there was a pepperoni that had been sitting on the cutting board waiting to be cut, and none out and ready. We asked if he would be serving the pepperoni since it was just sitting there. He said no, we asked why (since it was the only decent option) and he said because if we want pizza there are other kinds. That being said we walked away. Old food, over priced, rude and incompetent employees. Very disappointed. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
