This is a wonderful establishment on the second floor that has been around for 20 years. The owner is a nice fellow. The selection is mainly burbon, but there is also scotch, Japanese whiskey, and cocktails available. The setting is classy, and the lighting is dark. There are two cats also who live there. The bar stays open until 3am which is unusual and handy. Recommended! Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
