Before entering the bar, I was told, ``Please wait a moment while I prepare something for you,'' and I was left alone for about 20 minutes without being told how long I would have to wait. Then, when I asked the clerk, ``How long do you have to wait?'', she said, ``It's about 10 to 20 minutes.'' If you're going to wait that long (less than 40 minutes) from the beginning, don't say, ``Please wait a moment,'' I wanted them to tell me how long they would have to wait. In the end, it was just before closing time, so I gave up after waiting and went back to my room. I was really enjoying Huis Ten Bosch in a good mood, but I'm so sad that it ended so badly
