Third time's a charm, apparently just needed to go to the Derby location to get my order right on the first try. Unlike two of the Wichita locations where I had to go back because wrong order. They even offered a smaller version of the smoke cheesy sandwich, bread was moist and ingredients were spot on. Well done. We love Schlotzsky's. Never had a bad experience at one either. Food is always freshly made. Today we had the best experience. Sage gave options, always smiling and very nice, even checked on us midway through lunch to see if we liked everything. We come to Derby a lot and definitely will make this a stop everytime! Customer service can make a big difference, thank you! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
