Finally had a chance to try Seymour’s deli (the original Schlotzsky’s) and I was very impressed. My friend told me to go back to the original place when I told her the new one wasn’t as good, so I came back and she was right. Sandwich was so yummy and bread was toasty but so soft. Will be back soon! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Seymour's Deli is relatively new. L Previously, for years, we all knew them as Shlotzsky's on 10th. Now they are no longer under the corporate licensing, which means they are free to improve upon their years of knowledge from customer feedback. And they did! They are now free to purchase better quality bread and ingredients. They are also now free to tweak and I prove upon the sandwich recipes. Basically, they are free from the corporate shackles to improve upon the food the way they see fit. And I for one, am enjoying the results. Definitely stop by and try out sandwiches that have been crafted off of years of experience and feedback, and no longer dictated by what corporate thinks is best for the customer.
