I'm a care giver and my lady ordered . They gave us a date to deliver, never came. I called they said it was out for delivery. I got an email that they would be delivering it till the 24th. And very rude people answering their phones.

Very frustrated and disappointed with this company. I haven't used them for years and decided to start using them again, they dropped the ball on my delivery two days in a row and when I called to see what the issue was I barely even got an apology. I was told the delivery was never rescheduled, when I told them I was disappointed and wanted to cancel my order unless they can explain to me what the issue was. I was basically told okay I'll cancel your account. I really hope they treat their future customers better and make them feel like they want them as customers. I had to give them one star because their food is for the most part pretty good.
