Truly one of the best bars in Europe. Elias and company made me feel at home and went above and beyond the expectations of what a business does for their customer. I had a rather unpleasant interaction with a nearby restaurant and their “selective” service. The food was amazing but the treatment towards foreigners /non-German speaking people left a bad taste in my mouth after a fantastic meal. This is never the case at Schwarzer Rabe. Everyone, even the non-English speaking members of staff, made me feel welcomed at every step and had me coming back three times in the span of 24 hours. Their schnitzel is better than any that I’ve had in Germany and their prices are more than fair for the quality of meal you’re getting. Please do yourself a favor and make this your “local” bar while visiting. You will not regret walking in even if it’s just to drink. But please try the food! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
