It's nice to order delicious rosé wine, cordial or limoncello. Great latte is a good choice for the first time you visit Scinuà.

Nice service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of this spot. Here you will pay democratic prices. The fine decor is worth checking out. There are so many restaurants in Puglia, it's not often you find one that's worth driving to just to visit that one restaurant. Scinua is definitely worth a detour! The food is simple yet at the same time, a work of art. The chef can create world-class dishes with only four ingredients on the plate. The U'ndondr is worthy of a Michelin star all on its own. You'll find yourself wanting to try everything on the menu. The service is friendly and extremely helpful; our wine recommendation was spot on. The drive to the restaurant is through some stunning countryside, so if you're in the area, it's a wonderful place for lunch! Very reasonably priced too, will definitely return.
