It is always a pleasure to highlight a dedicated team—the staff here are wonderfully lovely and incredibly hardworking, doing everything they can with a warm disposition. The seaside location offers a gorgeous view, and the restaurant itself is decorated with exceptional taste, creating a charming atmosphere upon entry. Unfortunately, the operational management completely undermines the experience. The restaurant was packed, yet there were only 2 or 3 waitresses running their feet off, visibly drained and under immense stress while trying to manage a room full of people. We had to wait 45 minutes just to place our order. It is terrible to see employees forced to work under such overwhelming conditions. I would advise the owner to look into this matter directly. If you know you don't have enough staff to handle the volume of customers, either hire more help, as you are clearly making enough money, or stop accepting so many customers. As for the food, it was largely mediocre. The spaghetti alle vongole was okay, though the pasta was slightly overcooked rather than al dente. The calamari frittura was entirely basic, and the ravioli was frankly vile. Between the unacceptable wait times, poor working conditions for the staff, and disappointing dishes, I cannot recommend dining here until the owner addresses these major internal issues.
