Was given the wrong drink. Went back they gave me the correct drink but it wasn't made correctly. I got a blender there was no whip topping on it and I paid for caramel drizzle and didn't get it. I reached out via email to the company and was emailed back telling to send an email with the email associated with my account and they would be adding a credit for the amount I spent to my account. Almost a week later no response to multiple emails and no credit. In the end it wasn't the mees up at the store so much as the "owner" not living up to her words. I will no longer be visiting scooters. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

This is a really neat coffee place. Every time I’ve been here, the workers have been super nice. Hailey was awesome! (hope I spelled it right) They beat Dutch bros and 7brew in my opinion! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Hello Ma'am! would you like an extremely over priced cup of tasteless browned drain water? Welcome to scooters, where our xenophobic employees are hovering over every vehicle entering this car park lot to direct them to the coffee shop, even if they're here for other businesses in the same place. What? Not here for the garbage coffee, then why don't you get lost before we really show you what christian bigotry and hatred toward unequal humans looks like . This may be a public accessible entrance to the whole business complex, but we're going to own whatever property we want, so that we can rip off as many people as we can. Go on, get! Today, had to witness some subtle, but quite clearly, really awful bigoted actions toward a few non-caucasian looking people just asking for directions while the untrained employee from scooters was literally trying to direct all the vehicles coming into the car park from South Campbell Ave. Causing quite a traffic jam in the parking lot too. Guess it's time to explore other, far more decent places for coffee. Oh, and no matter what the owner/corporate's response would be- Just know there is nothing they can do or say to change their vile racist treatment toward other human beings. It's the "magical sense of who they are and what they stand for. . . that's the racist SOMETHING about scooter's coffee". Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $20–30
