we went for lunch, so it was pretty quiet until people started coming in around 1. I ordered the tortellini with chicken, he ordered vodka penne. both were to die for!! it was very filling. The raspberry tea was also reported to be very good. the bread was delicious. Scopa is waterfront on a marsh, very pretty even though it was low tide when we went. the restaurant looks plain outside, but is very nice inside. bathrooms are clean and modern, staff is friendly, patio area is nice. no complaints! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $20–30 Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking Wheelchair accessibility: Big step at the front door and to the patio. wide doors but small bathroom. dining room has decent space between tables. Not very accessible for wheelchairs but fine for assisted walking.
