We had a day in Bendigo to attend to some business and shopping. To start the day we chose Scrambled for our breakfast dining. They did not disappoint. We were met at the door by a smiling server who showed us to a lovely 2 seater nook by the window. The coffee and chai were promptly ordered, made and brought to the table. They were well presented and very good. One of the reason we chose Scrambled was because of their breakfast menu and their food was excellent. It was well prepared and well presented. There was plenty of it as well. My scrambled eggs on sourdough with a side of herb mushrooms was excellent. The orange juice was freshly squeezed. And at every turn, the people serving were smiling, helpful and added to our dining experience. The next time we are in Bendigo, Scrambled will be first on the list to begin our day...or maybe we will stop in for lunch. Either way, we are happy to recommend Scrambled if you are looking for a place to eat. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I cannot fault this place and will be returning. We came on Mother's Day, where the expectation would be hectic to the maximum, and it was. Not that anything dropped with this factor. The service was amazing; the gentleman serving us was so kind and happy, and took it to feel genuine which is great. My mum was in her wheelchair and with my focus elsewhere for a moment, I turned back to the table to them helping her out of her chair into theirs. This was such a kind gesture, totally unexpected and much appreciated. The food and drinks were so yummy, highly recommended the Pork Benny, perfection with the salad (I was surprised by the combo too). Cost was pretty normal compared to most places, but the food exceeded the cost! Also observed staff whilst there and they were just so warm and kind to everyone else around them. To finish it all, whilst I ducked inside to pay the bill, I again came outside to find the lovely staff helping my mum back into her wheelchair, and she didn't even request them to do so. They offered and made sure she was comfy and safe. Do yourself a favour, it's such a lovely place to be Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $20–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
