Fabulous new restaurant. Great location. We had the shrimp tacos which were amazing with sweet potato fries! Topped it off with the Fabulous lemon blueberry cheesecake! Great atmosphere! Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30

I had the beef stroganoff and my girlfriend had the stuffed chicken. Both were super good and big portions! We also had the blue berry lemon cheese cake. Wow! So good. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

SCRATCH & CO., Springfield, MO Overall: A beautiful space with great drinks and a lot of potential, but the experience suggests the team is still working through early growing pains. Highlights Beautiful atmosphere..The space is genuinely impressive and inviting. Excellent bar. The day shift Old Fashioned was outstanding, and the wine selection was equally enjoyable. Areas for Improvement Operational readiness. There were several hiccups that made the visit feel like the staff is still getting into a rhythm. To‑go order accuracy. My takeout order was missing items, which led to an additional wait. Even after that, the order wasn’t correct when I got home. Feedback experience. The manager asked for criticism, which I appreciated, but the response to constructive feedback felt a bit defensive rather than receptive. Final Thoughts SCRATCH & CO. has a lot going for it, the atmosphere and drinks are genuinely impressive. With some refinement in service and communication, it could easily become a standout spot in Springfield.
