Scrum provides you with nice food and a place to rest after a long walk around San Martin Monument. Visitors don't like pizza at this place. The good staff welcomes guests all year round. Cool service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of this spot. When inside, the atmosphere is comfortable. But Scrum has been rated below average by Google.
