Stop!! Don't look further and go here! We were visiting Italy rather unplanned. Bologna was on our "that's not too far" map and we noticed this place and went really unplanned. We do appreciate good quality in cocktails and Scuro delivers! I have a high quality standard to cocktail bars and this place is something else. Easily one of the best spots you can find in Europe! I would at least assume easily in top 50. I ordered a few drink and Daniel delivered! Not only on the one from the menu but also the one I told him I would value the most. Hed spent a good amount explaining us the cocktails and bar mechanisms, we felt so well hosted. And he catered all guest equally even though there were many. Daniel: you are great! Scuro: great job. Horrible service, staff with super bad attitude, no customer service at all. Daniele the bartender was very rude. We had dinner in the restaurant downstairs and we were told we can go to the bar upstairs for a drink. We entered and sit down on the available seats. Immediately Daniele saw us and told us to get up and wait outside for him to sit us making also the hand gesture to go out. Wouldn’t have been better to just tell us where to sit instead? Or have some hostess at the entrance if you don’t want customers to enter and sit without your approval ? It would be much better than telling people who are already sitted to get up and wait like dogs until you decide to sit them or not…disappointing doesn’t even cover it. Nowhere around the world is this happening. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
