2. CLEAN THE GODDAMNED GREASE LAKE AROUND YOUR GREASE DUMPSTER. I'm the guy whose unfortunate job it was to clean up the trash at the strip mall, and having to walk through that was fucking disgusting -- as was having to pick trash and leaves out of it. I also had to sweep up your mounds of cigarette butts week after week. Get a butt can! And and actually get the end of your grease hose IN the dumpster! Lazy, lazy, lazy!
3. Lifting those lightweight plastic lids on the trash dumpsters is NOT hard. Hint: when one side is full, open the other one. Instead of just dropping your trash on the ground in front of a half-full dumpster. Whoever does that is a shit-quality human being.
