Beautiful hotel, perfect location for the theater and a kind & caring staff. We arrived at 10 AM and we’re so pleased to find our room was ready. Also going into the sea shell palace we were warmly greeted by name by our favorite brother. What more could you ask for when traveling to a major city! Our hotel was perfect. Service: 5

Stayed here quite a few times. This time was greeted as welcome returning guest, sea shell oalace owner was brilliant, made sure that I was allocated room timely, went out of her way to ensure everything was exactly as required. However, walking through reception a couple of times during my stay, she seemed to treat everyone the same. The Premier Plus rooms are definitely worth the extra. Great location, and did I mention the staff Service: 5

Highly recommend this hotel. We stayed here for my birthday in april and couldn’t fault it. Lovely little birthday cake surprise in the room was a lovely touch. From start to finish the service was greaat. the Will definitely stay again and will recommend. Thank you Service: 5
