We visited Sea View Deal yesterday, and the food was very good and reasonably priced. We had the calamari and jumbo sausage. The waitress who looked after us was very polite and well mannered as we're the guys behind the counter. Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking Parking options: Paid parking lot, Paid street parking Kid-friendliness: Yes

Went to the Seaview restaurant today as its usually really nice food and friendly albeit slightly pricey but unfortunately today we were very disappointed. Upon arrival the lady behind the till (the grand daughter of the owner) was extremely rude to me and my family. She was very snotty about the fact that we asked for a portion of chips open and when we asked why that was she replied sarcastically that ‘we are in a global pandemic’. I asked why cash was acceptable and she mumbled some sheepy remark under breath. Feeling slightly angry about her attitude towards us; when our order arrived it was almost falling out of the wrapper like it had just been thrown together and on top of that our order was also incomplete and without the sausages.
Im not sure if she was having a bad day but there is never ever an excuse for being rude to nice friendly people coming into a restaurant with smiles on there faces just after a bite to eat only to walk away feeling very disappointed. To top it off the portions were very small. Wont be going back there again.
