I just arrived in Florida last week and I had a great experience this afternoon outside at SeaSpray Inlet grill. Emily made the afternoon exceptionally different than any experience I’ve had recently; attention to detail, energy and empowerment smile involvement with the guest kudos to who operates and owns the venue. Great team all around great food great drink great hospitality with cap H. Good luck Emily on finishing your studiesThe bean & J team. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The SERVICE was terrible! They left us sitting for an hour waiting for our food then another hour waiting for a piece of pie for dessert. Had to go up to the podium for extra water, silverware, ask where our food was, etc. Just a terrible experience. Enter at your own risk!!

Visited 2 weeks ago. Reserved a table with couches by the sea...occupied and told to wait at another table until couple finished dining. 4 of us sat at another table and ordered drinks. We WAITED and WAITED and WAITED for 45 MINUTES. The table by the water opened up; we sat and the waiter told us that the daiquiri mix was at another place and could we wait...we NEVER ORDERED DAIQUIRIS. The mojitos that we did order finally came after another 30 MINUTES of waiting. We then ordered food. It came 30 minutes later. The waiter insisted that none of the above delays were his fault. Some of us went to the bar to find out what happened to our original drinks. I went to the receptionist to speak the manager.
The manager came up to our boat as we were about to board. He wanted to know what happened; we told him. He answered "WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO ABOUT IT?" WHAT CAN I DO? He was as unconcerned as the waiter, who never apologized for the bad service, repeating it wasn't his fault.
I wanted to give 1 star; however, our lunches were very good, so I had to give 2 stars. I will NEVER eat here again and certainly will NEVER RECOMMEND this restaurant. IF THEY DON'T CARE, WHY SHOULD I!
