Great food and great service. Ray is the manager I see most often and he is always attentive and friendly. The only reason I did not give this a 5 star is that their Champagne/Sparkling wine offering is too limited (2 options when I was there last) and there is nothing from our local wineries. The first few times I went there, they had a much better selection and as a person that enjoys her bubbles, I would always order a bottle for the table. Now with their offerings, I only order a glass of wine. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Umi is a hidden gem in Temecula seriously. Located inside Pechanga Casino. Food : By far this place has one of the best fried shishito peppers I have ever had! I actually went back twice just for that! It is a must! My husband ordered a steak and lobster.I know it’s a sushi place but as a sushi lover like I am but he doesn’t eat anything raw,So I’m glad they have this option for him and it was great as well! All sushi and sashimi are fresh and delicious! Service : So far we have had a great servers and not disappointed.They always came by and make sure everything was good,Never have to ask for anything twice. Vibe : Modern,Light and bright! You can sit at the bar,Gambling,Have some drinks with food as well. Do we wanna come back for the third fourth or fifth time?! Heck yes! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Umi Sushi and Oyster Bar, Great place.The restaurant is located near the Hotel Valet entrance, so ask to park at the Hotel valet not casino valet!Umi gets real busy so reservations are recommended but not required. Very busy on weekends but staff is attentive and food is good.The personal service is not going to be the same as a stand alone Sushi restaurant because this location is in a casino and their main concern is flipping tables and cover counts not individual customers, so please be advised!
