Not sure who the owners have in charge these days, but this business is going downhill fast. I've been a loyal customer for years, and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. When I arrived, I stood at the counter for several minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. I ordered one dozen large male crabs and one pound of large shrimp, but what I received was disappointing. The crabs and shrimp were small, overcooked, and not worth the price. I called to express my concerns, and the employee I spoke with simply told me there was nothing he could do. After spending $94 on food that ended up going straight into the trash, I expected much better customer service and some effort to make things right. Unfortunately, I will not be returning, and I will be sharing my experience with others. Long-time customers deserve better than this. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I just picked something off of the map and hoped for a lot better selection of food and drinks, to say the least. Asked for crabcakes and they gave us undercooked looking crabcakes on buns w/ mayo! We didn't ask for sandwiches... No soft-drinks other than sodas and our waitress spoke very little English. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
