I would like to raise a concern regarding one of your staff members, Daryl (waitress), during my recent visit. I found her behavior to be unprofessional and disrespectful. At the time I was ready to place my order, I approached her as she was holding a pen and paper, which made me believe she was also ready to take my order. However, as I started giving my order, she suddenly raised her hand in a “stop” gesture and rolled her eyes. I found this action very inappropriate and rude, especially as a paying customer. Regardless of how busy or tired staff may be, basic courtesy and respect should always be maintained when with customers. On a positive note, I would like to commend another staff member, Allen and Ian who was attentive and helpful, approachable. His service helped improve the overall experience. I hope this matter can be addressed properly, and that appropriate action or retraining will be given to ensure better customer service moving forward Price per person: ₱1,500–2,000 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
