If I were a musician, i would definitely write a song about it ..the range of emotions and amount of tastebuds that Chef Sebastien activates with his creations is increadible! We dont come to Paris very often, but always include a dinner at Seb'on in our agenda. Very harmonic team of 3 that elegantly serve and produce an amazing experience for their guests in a small cosy setting. Important Note - YOU HAVE TO RESERVE IN ADVANCE!!
