Today is my last time visiting this Secawan Hutton cafe which is used to be my favorite cafe in Penang. I visited today ; and usually their customer service is already like so-so and the staffs are always different people. Today it’s worst, when I went in after they opened, I asked are you open now? They were like so not friendly to give an answer and all that. They just nod their head. I actually almost wanted to walk off but due to time factor, I stayed and eat breakfast. I would have rather taken an über to travel a bit of distance to Huey & Wah cafe to have breakfast and also not see their faces serving customers like that. Some more hello, your food and coffee are not cheap okay and you are not the only cafe in town. There is a foreign group of people who came into the cafe and they as strangers even said hello and nice to see you to me. Can you guys please learn manners from these people? At least say hello or good morning to your customers. -.- My gosh, I was the first customer and I waited for more than half an hour for my plate of breakfast which is a single Egg Benedict. I needed to hurry them as well, my god! -.-
