I am deeply disappointed by the unprofessional and discriminatory behavior I encountered at this location. Upon entering the store, I overheard the older lady employee at the counter make an offensive remark, saying "We have got a cheap customer" to her colleague. This was my first visit to the store. As a person of color, this experience felt particularly hurtful and unacceptable. No customer should have to endure such disrespect or prejudice while visiting any store. I hope management takes this matter seriously and addresses the staff's conduct to ensure an inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone. Looks nice in picture and site. I like some second cup cafe.February 2022- My plan to have a meeting in this location so before that I went to check their coffee, pastries and environment, I am so glad i checked it out, was a disappointment. Their coffee and pastry taste bad, looks old, small of burned plastic was so strong, environment was dark and unorganized. I didn’t get the vibe.
