This hotel might look impressive at first glance, but don’t be fooled the reality is extremely disappointing. For the price they charge, the service and overall experience are nowhere near acceptable. It honestly feels like a complete waste of money. The biggest problem is the staff. Their attitude is unprofessional and, at times, outright disrespectful. Instead of taking responsibility, they constantly shift blame either onto guests or their own coworkers. It creates a very uncomfortable atmosphere where you feel more like a problem than a paying customer. There is clearly no proper management or coordination. Simple requests turn into unnecessary hassles, and mistakes keep happening with no real effort to fix them. Everything feels disorganized, slow, and poorly handled. What’s worse is that there’s absolutely no sense of hospitality. You don’t feel welcomed, valued, or even heard. For a place charging premium rates, this level of service is unacceptable. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel unless they make serious improvements in staff behavior and management. Definitely not worth the price.

Seconds Colombo- Perfect hostel for a couple of nights in the warm and chaotic Colombo, the facilities are cozy and perfect for chilling and meeting new people, also the pool looked great. The rooms are fully AC and clean - comfortable, as well as the showers and toilets. Great breakfast
