We ordered 3 glasses of warm water and got 3 glasses of ice water instead. We alerted the waitress, who acknowledged it but didnt change it immediately. After 10 minutes, I had to remind them to change, as food was beginning to be served. To me common sense is lacking, as people usually need to drink some water before eating. We ordered a prawn fried rice, which was spicy despite nothing written in the menu as a spicy item. It didnt taste good and i could not finish it (too spicy). The lasagne was too soggy and didnt taste good, so was the mamak mee goreng which was too wet. I am not saying that Secret recipe food is bad, but the quality of this particular outlet does not do justice to the other outlets which were ok. Will never come again.
