To : Secret Recipe Iconic Point, Simpang Ampat, Penang. Dear Secret Recipe Management Team, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the service I received at your outlet on Monday, 12 May, at around 8:40 PM. Upon arriving at the counter to place an order for a cake, I was ignored by the staff member present-a Malay girl-who was eating food beside the counter. Despite standing in front of her, she did not acknowledge my presence or offer assistance. When she eventually took my order, her demeanor was rude and she appeared visibly annoyed. After taking my order, she immediately returned to eating her food at the counter. I found this behavior to be unprofessional and disrespectful. As a customer, I expect to be treated courteously and professionally. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and provide the necessary training to your staff to improve their customer service and attitude. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
