However, to clarify we would like to point out that our hotel offers various room categories, which differ deliberately in terms of facilities and comfort: - Deluxe Double Room - Standard Double Room - Double Room with Shared Bathroom All categories are described in the booking process and priced accordingly. We nevertheless take your comments seriously, as friendly service and clear communication are very important to us. This helps us to improve further.
