Segundo Muelle has an amazing array innovative dishes. I wasn't that hungry so I only had the creamy mariscos which were delicious. However, as someone who loves Japanese food, I can't say I liked the sushi - the rice was dry and wasn't appropriately vinegarised nor aired. The pumpkin or cassava within also doesn't doesn't work for me. The Nikkei dishes of SM needs to be reviewed. Other than that, this is still a great restaurant - service and ambiance were fine - and I would still come back to try other dishes.
