Seichan is a dining spot located on Komatsubara Street in Zama. This restaurant caters primarily to solo diners and offers both dine-in and takeaway options, although delivery is not available. Known for serving small plates with a variety of alcoholic beverages, including beer, Seichan provides a table service experience in a cozy atmosphere. Unfortunately, it does not feature wheelchair accessibility, lacking accessible parking, seating, or entranceways.
The establishment is open during select evenings from Friday to Sunday, providing limited operational hours over the weekend. Reservation acceptance adds convenience for those planning a visit, though there have been no recent updates on service or menu changes directly from the owner. Some visitors have noted its location proximity to an adjacent Asahi shop, but little fresh feedback is available as recent reviews date back five years. While equipped with essential amenities like restrooms, Seichan's current status and popularity are largely undetermined without new input from patrons or management.

It was introduced in Rui Yoshida's bar wanderings, so I went to check it out. Since it's Sunday daytime, Sei-chan is probably not open for business. The Asahi shop next door sounds like it's fun. I wonder if they did it here? I will pass without stopping this time and look forward to the next one.
