We are truly sorry that the Peking Duck you ordered gave a different impression from the photo on the menu and left you disappointed. Peking Duck is traditionally enjoyed by wrapping the crispy duck skin in a thin crepe, and at our restaurant, there are times when our staff serve it already wrapped. However, we did not explain this properly when serving your dish, which understandably led you to feel that it was different from the photo. This was entirely our oversight, and we sincerely apologize. We have shared your comments with our team and will review how we - explain the dish before serving, and - clarify any differences between the menu photo and the actual presentation, so that we can communicate more clearly moving forward.
