At this restaurant, try perfectly cooked char siu, chinese soup and ramen. Most guests find that the staff is creative at this place. I used it on a Saturday around 12 noon. There was only one group in town, and we were shown around immediately after sitting on a bench inside the store. The clerk's friendliness and energy were not that good. Maybe it was because I was busy? I ordered the special hand-made Chinese noodles with boiled egg topping, and it arrived within a few minutes.The ingredients included chashu pork, boiled egg, and menma.When I tried the soup, it had a stronger soy sauce flavor than I expected. The char siew was especially delicious. Are the noodles flat? When I was thinking about the noodles (I don't really know the name of the noodles...) and wondered if I had eaten similar noodles somewhere, I realized that they were almost the same as Kitakata Ramen Sakauchi's noodles. The thickness of the noodles was thinner than Sakauchi's. Seiryu's soup had a strong taste. Even though it's the same Fukushima ramen, the seasoning is quite different... It was my first time to eat Shirakawa Ramen, and it was quite delicious. Thank you for the meal! It seems that Tora Shokudo is located in the same Fukushima area as Sakauchi Shokudo. I would like to go to both someday. postscript I went to Tora Shokudo in Matsudo, Chiba Prefecture. It was very delicious. Parking: There are more than 10 parking spaces.
