The food is so good. They offer variety of izakaya food, so partner and i wont have problem picking what to eat while the other disagrees. The chicken was prepared perfectly, the clams cooked in sake is delicate, the shrimp tempura is yum! Friendly service to foreigners. The crews speak english and willing to help all sort. They allow people to smoke indoor so watch out if you are sensitive to that. Price per person: ¥8,000–9,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

The noren curtain (?) at the entrance of Izakaya Seisu, which I happened to be passing by. Her sense of style touches the heartstrings of the Showa generation (・∀・) I’m grinning I didn't go in to eat or drink, so I can't rate the restaurant. (_ _)
