Best Izakaya experience in Sapporo at Seisu Standing bar. Although there was no English menu, the staff, Sumiko was especially helpful. The canned tuna with onion is a must to try. After a delicious meal, we only realized that the place is cash only, to which we are so grateful that the staff paid for the short in our cash as there were no nearby ATMs. Wonderful vibes on a Saturday night.
