The food was generally good – typical local cuisine, quite heavy and fatty, but that’s to be expected and worth trying. Unfortunately, the service leaves a lot to be desired. At the end, we waited about 15 minutes for someone to come so we could pay. No one paid attention to our table, and I had to ask for the bill myself. It would also be helpful to have at least one menu in English. I understand the local character of the restaurant, but this is a big city and tourists also want to try traditional food – and not many people can read Cyrillic. Overall: food OK, but the service and customer care definitely need improvement. Price per person: ₸5,000–10,000 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
