One of the worst online ordering experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered a combined meal pack and spring rolls from Selani Cafe through Uber Eats. They said one item in the meal pack wasn’t available and asked to replace it with the same item. But without informing me, they also didn’t have the spring rolls and decided to cheat the order by sending one samosa instead of 5 spring rolls that cost LKR 400. The samosa they sent isn’t even worth a fraction of that. This is blatant dishonesty. I called them to sort it out, and instead of admitting the mistake, they kept denying everything and talking nonsense. Extremely unprofessional, rude, and irresponsible. I will never order from them again, and I strongly advise others to be careful. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
