Not being an expert on Mongolian cuisine, I didn’t fully realize how exceptional this restaurant was until I tried other places in Moscow. Their tea, freshly brewed with rich milk, was outstanding. The buuz, soups, noodles, and meat dishes—especially the lamb—were all freshly prepared rather than precooked, which made a noticeable difference in flavor and quality. Service was excellent as well; I particularly appreciated the staff taking extra time to guide us through their recommendations and ensure we made the best choices.
