Great cafe with nice pastries and more! I had a breakfast sandwich that was loaded with flavour and am iced vanilla latte. Lots of seating area inside and lots of creative patio seating outside. Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice location but hard to find parking. Great rustic but homey decor. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great coffee, great food, great wines - Selo Cafe does it all and does it well. Perfect spot to get some work done in the morning or unwind with a drink on their comfortable patio. The ice cream sandwich alone is worth the trip - maybe the best ice cream sandwich in Ontario. Highly recommend. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Selo Cafe + Wine Bar is one of my favorite spots in downtown Hamilton, right on Hess St S. Their sweet coconut coffee is honestly amazingly smooth, rich, and with just the right amount of sweetness. It’s the kind of coffee you keep thinking about after you leave. The place itself feels warm and cozy, especially with the exposed brick and relaxed vibe. It’s perfect for catching up with friends, getting some work done, or just slowing down for a bit. On cold afternoons, there’s nothing better than sitting here with a great coffee and good company. For me It really feels like one of those local places that makes the neighborhood special. When in the area check it out for sure.
